It takes a lot of work to define your abs. A combination of good nutrition, abdominal training and cardiovascular conditioning assures you an appealing midsection with an ideal six pack abs program.
Good nutrition
Though you may try out simply exercising, without compromising on food but that may take you forever to get that perfect abdomen. Eating at least 5 small meals everyday is a good way to boost your metabolism. This gives you more energy and helps you avoid overeating. You may combine this with sit-ups as you hold light-weights over your chest as we do in the position of stomach crunch. Start crunching and do push-ups simultaneously with your extended arms.
However, it is advisable not to do these exercises everyday. If you will do them intensively, the body would require some time to relax between the sessions. Alternating different exercises or taking an off day would work for the good. Further, to keep your abdominal muscles warm, try doing sit-ups once you are over with cardiovascular exercises.
